Membership: Membership is offered to one family ( Owner, spouse and any children under the age of 18) per property. Other owners, even if a legal owner and on title to the property, are not offered a membership, and they must play golf as guest of the member.
 

Policy for Unaccompanied Guests of  Member

Below are the regulations that will go along with this policy change: 

1. Members may make a tee time for unaccompanied guests 1 day in advance in the Golf Shop.
2. Members are NOT allowed to use the Chelsea Tee Time system to make tee times for unaccompanied guests.
3. If a member uses the Chelsea Tee Time system to make tee times for unaccompanied guests, the guests will not be allowed to play and the tee time will go empty. The members account will then be billed for the lost revenue.
4. When tee times are properly made for unaccompanied guests, those guests must present the sponsoring member's membership ID card in order to play.
5. Unaccompanied guests will only be allowed to play on the Sabal course. Play on the Royal course is strictly prohibited.

This policy is in effect to provide an opportunity for non-golfing members to have guests
play golf while still protecting the integrity of the tee time system.

Walking Policy

• Walking will be permitted on Wednesdays and Saturdays on the Sabal golf course only, after 3:30 p.m. This time will be adjusted to 4:30 p.m. when daylight savings time is in effect.
• There will be a fee attached to anyone walking the course. The fee's will be as follows:

• Members 
• Transfer Members
• Guests

• All members wishing to walk must make a tee time in the golf shop. They must check in the golf shop to receive a date stamped bag tag that must be displayed while on the golf course. They must then check in with the starter and play off of #1.
• All walkers will be required to take sand when walking to fill divots.
• Walkers must play all holes in sequence. Jumping holes is strictly prohibited.

 Clubhouse Restaurant Dress Code Regulations

Denim material IS allowed but  BLUE  JEANS (pants or shorts) are prohibited.

Members are responsible for advising their guests of these dress regulations and ensuring that their guests adhere to them. Members unsure of dress code may check with management.
