Sloan Realty Inc. listing (marketing) fee is a total of  1.9%
Sellers that list their property thru Sloan Realty, Inc. will be charged a total marketing fee of 1.9%
This will include the following advertisement:
* Full world wide MLS listing exposure.
* We pay MLS additional money to show additional pictures of your property.
* Full world wide web exposure on Realtor.com.
* We also pay extra money to Realtor.com to show additional pictures of your property.
* Full world wide web exposure on our web sites such as www.HeritagePalmsCountryClub.com which receives approximately 5,000 hit per day. The web site also provides valuable country club information such as properties for sale, past sales, floor plans, maps, fees & taxes,  photo tours, golf information, community telephone numbers, and much more.
* Newspapers
* Postcards
* Signs (when permitted)
* Flyers
Note: The average listing (marketing) fee of a property today is an average of approximately 3%. Therefore, a listing price of 1.9% is over a third discounted.
If the Seller(s) brings the Buyer(s) to the transaction, Sloan Realty, Inc. will charge a TOTAL OF 1.9% to service both the Buyer(s) and the Seller(s) to the completion of the transaction.

If an MLS Real Estate Agent brings the Buyer(s) to the transaction, there would be an additional commission paid to the Buyers' agent. The amount offered to the Buyers' agent is determined by the Seller(s) at the time the property is listed with Sloan Realty, Inc.
 Example: If the the Seller(s) offered a 3% commission to the Buyers' agent, then the commission of 3% plus the 1.9% to Sloan Realty, Inc. would be total of 4.9%.

Note: If an agent of Sloan Realty, Inc. brings the Buyer(s) to the transaction, the fee to the Seller(s) is the same as if another MLS Real Estate Agent brought the buyer(s) to the transaction.
