one-car garage. Cable TV, high speed internet and gas grill are

Terms:
Renter is responsible for rental sales tax (approx 11%) and cleaning
unit upon departure. If unit is rented for three months, owner
will pay 1/2 of the taxes. The Heritage Palms Golf and Tennis
membership can be transferred for $250. No pets and no smoking.
