First-floor end unit, the Colonade is the largest of the Terrace units. The lanai overlooks the 38 acre lake on the 18th fairway of the Royal Course. The aqua driving range is walking distance from the condominium as well as the clubhouse.  Our unit has plenty of light and a great view of the lake and the clubhouse. The unit is desirable because it is next to one of the propriety's neighborhood pools. The first floor is great for access to the outside. No stairs or elevators to deal with.
