Our fully equipped vacation home first floor condo is located on the 16th hole of the Royal course. The sight lines are beautiful as the entire 16th holes is visible from tee to green. The island of the 15th green is just across the lake surrounding the fairway and green. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. A queen pull-out couch is in the family room. The east exposure of our condo allows for the morning sunshine to splash into the entire open concept living area and lanai. The lanai is shaded from the intense afternoon sun. Four separate eating areas include a formal dining room, bar, kitchenette and lanai. Membership transfers are available to Heritage Palms fee of $250 allowing for the transferee and spouse full use of club amenities and facilities including reduced golf rates on our two championship golf courses. A minimum of one month rental is required. Rents are subject to 11% Florida State and Lee County tax. Exit clean-up fee is $100.00. Amounts are payable at the time of booking.
