The Chatham V US Home model has 2869 square feet of air conditioned space including 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, family room, formal dining room, formal living room and a complete office in the den, with a  3 car garage. Ceramic tile is included throughout the entire home except in the living room which is custom carpeted. The heater for the pool was replaced in September of 2008 and the air conditioner was replaced in September of 2009.
